| 37 Hannum is completely outfitted with everything you need to be comfortable. There is a TV / VHS /DVD in the living room and a TV in the main bedroom. Other cable outlets are throughout. *For long term stays, telephone service may be activated by resident. There is a business station/desk set up to accomodate your mobile office. The home is wired for *High Speed Internet connection. There is a nice set of external speakers for your laptop. On site laundry facilities with washer, dryer, and utility sink. The heat is forced air natural gas. We also have two decorative accessory electric heaters. A portable space heater is available. For the summer months there are 3 small window units that keep the house comfortable. |

| Parking accomodations consist of a single driveway with up to 4 car capacity. There is a single car enclosed garage with automatic door. parking on the street or on the grass is not permitted by the village. |

| The house was built in 1925. It has been updated over the years to include modern necessities such as updated plumbing and electrical.The most recent full renovation was in the fall of 2004 which included complete interior & exterior paint, hardwood refinishing, new berber carpeting, new laminate flooring in the kitchen, new dishwasher, new kitchen and bath sink & fixtures, new interior lighting fixtures, and new thermal windows throughout. The cellar was completely renovated and turned into usable space. The floors were sealed & painted. Additional lighting installed and laundry facilities were added. A double laundry sink was also added. |
