The Summer season is May 1 through October 31
The summer rate is 120.00 per night or 2550.00 per month. There is a one week miminum stay.

The Winter season is November 1 through April 30
The Winter rate is 102.00 per night or  675.00 *per week or 1980.00 per month with  a one week minimum stay. 

Annual corporate lease opportunities are available

Seasonal price offsets are established to defray the costs associated with additional property Maintenance & upkeep.

Our private village cottage offers 2 bedrooms, a single bath, large roomy kitchen, living room, dining room, and sun porch. Not only is it completely furnished, our rate is inclusive of utilities, washer/dryer, and garaged parking. Housekeeping is provided for weeklong visits

Much of Skaneateles Lake (one of the Finger Lakes) is in the town. The west town line is the border of Cayuga County. Skaneateles Creek flows out the north end of the lake through Skaneateles village.

US Route 20 is an east-west highway through the town. New York State Route 41A is a north-south highway along the west shore of Skaneateles Lake and New York Route 41 is a north-south highway along the eastern shore. New York State Route 321 is a north-south high entering Skaneateles village from the north. New York State Route 359 is a north-south highway in the southwest part of the town.The Village of Skaneateles is known for its award-winning restored downtown. The village boasts of preserved homes and shops, a scenic setting on Skaneateles Lake, and good restaurants.
